Competition Design

Goel Ganga Software Park, Pune.  The 43-acre master plan consists of seven office buildings, a Hotel block, serviced apartments and a village style retail destination.

Competition Design

FCA Football Stadium, Augsburg, Germany. In collaboration with Bernhard & Kögl Architekten. The stadium has a capacity of 30,660 with 19,060 seats and standing room for 11,034 and was completed in 2009. A second phase of construction could expand capacity to 49,000 in the future.

Visualization

Wild Wings Factory Outlet, Bangalore. The store located in the suburbs has basement parking, a food court, showroom and retail areas on two levels. PixelBrewery was involved in refining the existing façade and designing and rendering the food court and Office.

Competition Design

Mixed Use Development, Bangalore.  A 100 acre development facing a water body. The Master plan included luxury condominiums and high rise apartments. Two large club and social facilities alongside a Business Hotel and Commercial spaces. Numerous nature walks and landscaped gardens are part of a rain water harvesting plan.

Immersive Reality

Bosch Spark.NXT Campus, Bangalore. Over the last five years, Bosch has invested ₹800 crore in developing the campus, which has the capacity to potentially house 10,000 associates. The 76-acre site is Bosch’s first smart campus in India. It features multiple smart solutions based on sustainability, security, and user experience for associates, visitors, and facility management.
